IQC Incoming Material Inspection

Inspection purpose: To ensure that material defects are eliminated to prevent adverse conditions in the production process, thereby avoiding affecting the delivery deadline.

1. Purpose

To effectively control product quality throughout the entire process, ensure smooth production, and ensure quality meets customer requirements.

2. Scope of Application

Applicable to the company’s process quality inspection operations.

3. Organization and Responsibilities

(1) IPQC: first piece confirmation, process inspection, quality judgment, operation guidance, abnormal feedback and tracking, and inspection result recording.

1.First piece confirmation: refers to the quality confirmation of its production process and materials before production to avoid batch defects during mass production.

2.Self-inspection operation: refers to the operator checking the quality of the product of the process according to the requirements of the operation instruction.

3.Mutual inspection operation: refers to the operator of the later process checking the quality of the product of the previous process.

(2) QA: Perform random inspection and full inspection of the finished products of the production line.

(3) QE: formulate or revise product inspection standards, process and customer quality anomaly analysis, anomaly tracking, and operation instructions.

(4) Production Department: arrange production according to orders, make first-piece products, conduct independent and mutual inspections, handle quality anomalies, rework operations, handle defective products, and apply for special purchases (referring to defects generated during the process).
