PCBAndAssembly is the trading name for Y&T Technology Development Co., Ltd., a manufacturer headquartered in Shenzhen, China. Founded in 2011, we own and operate three specialized factories dedicated to PCB fabrication, PCB assembly, and component sourcing. You are dealing directly with the people who build your boards — not a middleman.
Our production equipment comes from the United States, Germany, and Japan. We provide complete EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) covering PCB fabrication, component procurement, PCB assembly, and functional testing — all under one roof.
We serve customers in consumer electronics, telecommunications, industrial automation, instrumentation, and smart devices across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

PCB Fabrication
Single-layer to 40+ layer boards with capabilities spanning HDI, rigid-flex, flexible circuits, heavy copper, and high-frequency RF/microwave designs. We work with specialty materials rated for extreme environments and maintain tolerance standards that meet aerospace and medical specifications.
Technical Specifications:
- Minimum trace/space: 3/3 mil (production), 2/2 mil (prototype capability)
- Via technology: Laser-drilled microvias, blind/buried vias, HDI (1+N+1 to any-layer)
- Aspect ratio: Up to 16:1 through-hole, 1:1 microvias

PCB Assembly
Full SMT and through-hole assembly with mixed-technology support. We handle prototype runs starting at single units and scale to production volumes without retooling delays. No minimum order quantities on prototypes.
