Genuine parts.
Checked first.

Authorized sourcing backed by physical incoming verification—with zero silent substitutions.

Counterfeit, remarked, or unapproved substitute parts can compromise an entire production run. OrinewPCB combines strict BOM lock-down with hands-on staff verification of incoming electronic components, connectors, and mechanical hardware before assembly begins.

Staff-verified incoming parts
Our IQC specialists physically inspect component markings, packaging integrity, supplier documentation, and lot codes on arrival rather than relying on assumptions.
Zero silent substitutions
We build strictly to your approved BOM and exact Manufacturer Part Numbers (MPNs). No alternate or cross-referenced component is ever used without your explicit written sign-off.
Proactive obsolescence & lead-time alerts
If a special or end-of-life (EOL) component faces stock constraints, your dedicated specialist flags it upfront during quoting with vetted alternatives so your delivery schedule stays predictable.

9 inspection stages

Built under ISO, IATF, and UL certified quality management. Every build passes through nine structured checkpoints from incoming parts to final box-build release.

Why Choose OrinewPCB

Buyer concerns, addressed with engineering evidence

Switching EMS partners mid-program is costly. Here is how OrinewPCB eliminates the four biggest risks hardware teams face when outsourcing turnkey box builds.

“We’ve had quality issues or silent part substitutions with overseas EMS vendors before.”

Strict MPN Lock-Down + 9-Stage Inspection

Our IQC staff physically verify incoming part markings and lot codes. We never substitute a component without your written sign-off, and every build passes 3D SPI, Online/Offline AOI, SMT FAI, X-Ray, and functional testing under ISO, IATF, and UL systems.

“Will our 10-unit prototype or 300-unit batch get pushed aside by 50,000-unit contracts?”

Dedicated High-Mix, Small-to-Medium Batch Cells

Unlike mass-production giants, our lines are engineered for rapid changeover with No MOQ. A 5-unit EVT pilot run receives the exact same SMT First Article Inspection (FAI) and engineering priority as a 2,000-unit batch.

“What if our cable harness or tall components collide with the enclosure during assembly?”

Upfront Free DFM & 3D DFA Clearance Audit

Most box build delays come from board-to-chassis mismatches caught too late. Our engineers review your Gerber, BOM, and 3D STEP enclosure drawings free of charge before production starts—resolving mechanical and routing conflicts at Stage 01.

“How do you protect our IP, firmware binaries, and custom enclosure CAD files?”

Contractual NDA Protection & Single-Roof Control

We gladly sign a mutual NDA before you transfer any files. Because PCB fabrication, SMT, harness routing, firmware flashing, and final box assembly stay in-house, your design files and firmware binaries are never handed off to unvetted third-party shops.

OrinewPCB vs. Typical EMS Alternatives — Side-by-Side Comparison
Evaluation Criteria OrinewPCB Agile Turnkey Box Build Mass-Production EMS Giants Uncertified Prototype / Broker Shops
Minimum order & queue priority No MOQ (1 to 5,000+ units) — dedicated fast-changeover lines keep small & medium batches on schedule. High MOQs (typically 1,000–10,000+ units); prototype and pilot runs get deprioritized. Low MOQ, but lacks structured production cells for repeatable 200–2,000 unit scaling.
Turnkey scope & subcontracting Full in-house execution — PCB fab, SMT/THT, wire harness, enclosure assembly, firmware, and packing under one roof. Full turnkey available, but gated behind heavy NRE fees and multi-week line setup. Usually board-only or brokered across 3–4 separate shops with high handoff defect risk.
Component authenticity & BOM control Staff-verified IQC & zero silent substitutions — built strictly to your approved MPNs. Authorized sourcing, but rigid AVL policies slow down agile alternate approvals. High risk of unapproved cross-substitutions or unverified gray-market components.
Inspection & testing depth 9 structured stages — IQC, 3D SPI, Online AOI, SMT FAI, IPQC, Offline AOI, X-Ray, System Functional Test & QA. Comprehensive inspection, often billed as extra NRE on low-volume builds. Visual inspection or basic continuity check only; rarely includes X-Ray or system FAI.
Pre-build DFM & DFA review Free with every quote — checks BOM, footprints, 3D enclosure fit, and harness clearance upfront. Billable engineering service or reserved for high-volume annual contracts. Not offered; builds blindly to files, exposing errors only after assembly fails.
Engineering communication 1:1 dedicated human specialist from initial RFQ and DFM review through final shipment. Layered account managers and slow ticket queues for ECOs or revision updates. Automated chatbots or sales reps without hands-on DFM/DFA engineering support.
